Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located guesthouse. 10 minutes from Downtown Bentonville, with easy access to Hwy 49, Sam’s Club, NWACC and all that NWA has to offer! This one bedroom includes a queen bed, with pack-n-play, a queen sofa bed and small futon in the living room which allows 4 adults and 1 child to sleep comfortably. The partial kitchen has an electric burner, microwave, coffee pot, and a small combination oven/air fryer/toaster. Check us out! We think you’ll love it!

The "TOOL SHED" tiny house 144 sq. ft

MAIN HOUSE IS NOT TO BE DISTURBED. This is a converted shed that is detached from the main house. It is a tiny house of 144 sq. feet. It has a built-in twin bed and a loveseat that converts into a twin bed. True tiny space of 144 sq ft. Full bath/closet. Suggestion: if 2 are staying here make sure you like each other A LOT. The Vaughn Haus is conveniently located between Bentonville and Fayetteville near the University, the global headquarters of Tyson, JB Hunt, Walmart and Sam’s Club, world renowned biking trails, art museums and dining. Vaughn Haus was built in 1950 where the original owners, The Vaughn Family, lived for 70 years. Aaron and Elle purchased this home in 2019 and spent a year renovating it for you to enjoy! Hardwood floors, bathroom tile, and several other features in the house are originals.

This peaceful one bedroom, one bathroom guest house is tucked away surrounded by nature. You can easily enjoy the tranquility of country living along with privacy, but have the conveniences of being 8 miles from town. This beautiful fully equipped home is attached to the main house through a connected laundry room that is available for use. We are only 12 miles from Bentonville where you can experience museums, parks, bike and walking trails. Many culinary and cultural delights await you!

Enjoy all NWA has to offer while staying in a detached studio apartment located in a private seven house subdivision. Our “bee” themed rental is just 1 mile from I-49 and one 1.5. miles from the Amp. Central to Crystal Bridges, Top Golf, Walmart home offices. Bedding is: 1 queen bed, full size sofa bed, and twin mattress (stored under the queen bed). The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your enjoyment. Trail-bike storage can be arranged in advance. Come and “BEE” our guest.

Big apartment in a walkout basement on 1 acre in beautiful Cave Springs. Centrally located just minutes from the airport, bike trails, lakes, and shopping. High ceilings, windows, natural light. The bedroom (1 queen bed) sleeps 2 people, the twin bed in the living room sleeps 1, and there’s a couch for a 4th person if needed. You’ll have a private, fully loaded kitchen, basic cookware, private laundry, private bathroom, private office and WiFi. Sorry, we cannot allow pets.
