The master bedroom exudes cozy rustic charm, featuring shiplap walls and a queen Sleep Number bed. The master bath boasts a luxurious floor-to-ceiling glass shower.

The Razorback Greenway is right out the front door, and the Bentonville square is one block away with fine dining, pubs, music venues, quaint shops, art galleries, coffee shops, food trucks, bicycle shop/rentals, splash park, playground, and a grocery store. Slaughter Pen dirt trails start two blocks north of the house. Crystal Bridges is less than a mile north via the paved Art Trail. It's a super fun place to live.
