A peaceful, private, comfortable, ground floor guest suite in a friendly home in a fabulous location close to San Francisco and the best of the East Bay. Listen to the birds from the bedroom window and depending on the season, you may smell magnolia, jasmin or lemon verbana. The cottage has its own entrance accessed from the backyard, and is separate from the house. You can spend time relaxing on the outdoor furniture. We're about a mile from Berkeley Bowl, close to UCB, restaurants, shops. The cottage is very relaxing. People love staying here.

Located halfway up the steep Berkeley hillside in a quiet residential area. The space has amazing natural light with 4 skylights and garden facing windows. There is a patio deck with table and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors. Previously an art studio, now a simple detached cottage at the entrance of our property.
