Relax and unwind in our Green Build casita (guest house) in a privately gated four home subdivision offering security and quiet for the discerning traveler. Perfect for solo or couples and within a few minutes walk to The Bosque trails and Rio Grande River. Bird watch, bike ride, walk along nature trails, or a short driving distance to Old Town/ Downtown Albuquerque. We are centrally located within Albuquerque and are a short driving distance to restaurants, but not within walking distance.

You'll be a drive away from the Balloon Fiesta Park and within walking distance to Nob Hill, a vibrant district on Route 66. There is an outdoor porch, and a lush and beautiful yard.

You will be just a few blocks from Old Town Plaza, Natural History Museum, Albuquerque Museum, Explora Science Center, Children's Museum, Tiguex Park, Indian Pueblo Cultural Center, Botanical Garden, BioPark, Aquarium, Zoo, Sawmill District as well as several cafes, restaurants and shops.

This modern southwest casita sits snuggly on our 1923 historic adobe property blending olde materials and modern amenities. Artist constructed; it brings a modern twist to your Albuquerque adventure. Casita is Spanish for little home, and this casita is entirely a home. Kick back and relax in this newly renovated stylish space. The casita is themed with New Mexican charm and modern highlights. The bedroom includes a new queen sized bed and there is a fold out queen sized foam mattress in the living room as well. The dining room table seats four. The back porch is a a little oasis where you can enjoy a quiet moment or meal. Larger groups may book the house next door as well.

Our guest house is behind the main house in a lovely and historic downtown Albuquerque neighborhood. There are many seating areas to enjoy in the spacious backyard. We are located within walking distance of Slow Burn Coffee, Rumor Pizza, Golden Crown Panaderia, Marble Brewery, Tiguex Park, Old Town, Explora, the local famer’s market, Lowes Grocery Store, and Civic Plaza.
