This classy cozy suite is conveniently located in the North central part of San Antonio. A quick 10 minute ride from the airport, 15-20 minutes to downtown, 10-15 minutes from Fiesta Texas. There is also some delicious authentic Tex-Mex restaurants within walking distance. Enjoy a nice cup of coffee or tea from our Keurig, and take a walk to the Olympia city park (which is a 5-7 min walk from the house). The ‘Chalet’ is in the Timberwood Park area in north San Antonio - a great location for business travelers and vacationers alike. Great for getting away from it all and resting, or using as home base while exploring San Antonio and New Braunfels. Our guest suite is attached to our house but still offers complete privacy. You’ll have your own front door entrance & a driveway parking space (please read the full description for all that is included with your guest suite): - SeaWorld (10min away) - Six Flags (10min away) - The Riverwalk (20min away) - Helotes (7min away) - UTSA (10min away) Neighborhood Pool is currently closed for the season. House trained/crated pets are welcome (one time $75 fee)

The Minimalist Escape (DOWNTOWN)

Minimalistic studio LESS THAN 1 MILE FROM THE ALAMO! Located in #HistoricDiggyHill, on the near east side of San Antonio, just outside of down town. Take an Uber or scooter into the city for less than $10. This guest suite has a kitchenette with all cooking essentials provided as well as a completely private entrance attached to the back of our forever home. Please note the neighborhood is totally safe, but is up-and-coming.

The guest suite is part of the house but with own separate entrance with private bathroom, living room, walking closet, dining table with two chairs, small refrigerator, microwave queen bed, divided as an apartment, and with own designated parking in the driveway. It is a brand new, about 400 sf converted space with the right ambiance , great outdoors space, modern and charming. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
