The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. The tiny home is located in the scenic neighborhood of Haw Creek, tucked away in nature but only a 5-minute drive to downtown. The house is walking distance to Penny Cup Coffee and Creekside Taphouse, two local favorites. Large trees and wildlife abound in the backyard and can be viewed through the bedroom windows or from the brand new back porch. Inside, the tiny home has a modern yet rustic feel. You will find everything you need, and your host lives on the property and is just a text away.

Modern Cabin Retreat w/ Sauna

This space was designed with love and care and the hope that all who stay here feel relaxed and connected to nature. We recently added a cedar barrel sauna that heats up quickly and is user friendly. Often we don’t see guests but I’m always available for questions and recommendations. We live "next door" on the same property with our two young sons. The cabin is located in a neighborhood, so while it hopefully feels removed from any hustle and bustle, there is access to many conveniences.

If you're looking for a secluded mountain getaway this is not the place but if you are looking to be in the heart of downtown festivities then our loft is the perfect place for you! We are right in the center of all the downtown action. You are literally steps away from incredible craft beers, award-winning food and regional music. Downtown is lively especially at night where you can hang out and see a local band or the drum circle then sleep late then head downstairs for a massage.
