Our farm's only bnb, "The Roost," offers a clean, modern, & fun space to stay. Located in the lower walkout level of our home, it's similar to a suite. Offering 575 sq. ft. of private, clean, well maintained living quarters include, a kitchen, a cozy living space, w/twin sofa bed, & a spacious bed & bathroom. Chickens just outside your door to greet you a "rise & shine" morning & flowers everywhere. Our seasonal gardens are open for you to enjoy picking organic food, along with farm fresh eggs.

Horse Lovers Black Hills Bunkhouse

This is one of two cabins located on our working quarter horse ranch nestled in the splendor of the Southern Black Hills, of South Dakota. 4 miles from Hot Springs. Modern bunkhouse with queen and bunk bed, shower, and a kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, and small refrigerator. There is no wifi in the bunkhouse. This beautiful 3-acre property, once the Swisher Farm, is today a working homestead, dozens of chickens, and a large garden. Camping Cabins are perfect for a quick get-a-way for smaller families of 5-6 people! There is a large shared firepit to enjoy!!! Bedding and towels are provided. Cooking supplies, plates and cups are not provided! Come enjoy the small cabin feel in the middle of The Black Hills without breaking the bank! Little to No internet but the store has internet you can use!!
