With a mix of rustic ski lodge and modern farmhouse decor, this ground level, 1050 sq. ft retreat is newly remodeled, privately owned, and part of the Barefoot Resort complex. Guests will have access to all resort amenities including an onsite hot tub as well as a pool, hot tub, sauna, and exercise room located in the Vista building (one-minute drive). Situated in the pines at the top of Terry Peak, the condo boasts breathtaking views of the Black Hills and prairie below.

The Iron Horse Cabin is in the Gilded Mountain Community & in additional to a private hot tub, Guests have access to a shared salt water pool (heated year-round!), 2 additional hot tubs, exercise room, pool table, sauna & a large space for gatherings at the Community's Clubhouse.

Swisher Farmhouse at Granny Flats

This beautiful 3-acre property, once the Swisher Farm, is today a working homestead, with dozens of chickens and a large garden. This quiet oasis is located within the city of Spearfish. We have another rental on the property that was built by Cappie, co-host of Building Outside the Lines on Magnolia Network, as his own residence. This adorable off-grid cottage is handmade, from the bespoke front door to the custom 2-headed shower.
