This charming tiny house has everything you need to feel comfortable and cozy during your stay. Close to all amenities that Tsawwassen has to offer, restaurants, charming shops, fantastic bike paths, Centennial Beach and more. Conveniently, we are a 10 minute drive to Tsawwassen ferry terminal, and 5 minutes to Point Robert’s border crossing. We can accommodate 2 guests maximum

Top floor of houseboat; we live downstairs +1dog,1cat Floating on the Fraser River, in a quiet, safe family neighbourhood just a short canoe ride or walk to Ladner Village grocery stores, cafés and restaurants. Easy bicycling to dyke trails, beaches, bird sanctuary, BC Ferries, shopping malls, and local farms with quaint shops and breweries. There is a well-traveled (Drayton Harbor Road) that lies north of Water's Edge. We provide rec-kayaks and PFDs for your use.
