Our recently renovated duplex offers mid century modern decor, beautiful hardwood floors, a well equipped kitchen, and washer & dryer. It is located within walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment in downtown Oneonta. Our super cute and comfy property is the ideal place to stay in Oneonta. The house sits on the edge of our family farm beside a field. A barn/pond sit nearby. The house is 2br/2ba with a living room, kitchen with essentials, dining room and laundry. An air mattress is available upon request. There's a porch & back deck with swing, charcoal grill & small fire pit (must bring charcoal, lighter fluid, wood, etc).

The Austin House-Glen Arbor is convenient to Birmingham, Huntsville, and surrounding areas-close to interstates- walking distance to great restaurants and entertainment. As of 11-9-23 we are no longer a pet friendly rental. *complete bathroom model- Feb 2022**. Please note- we love guests. But, our home is not a party house- even for bridal and groomsmen.
