This little gem of a spot is on a secluded island in the middle of the Mississippi River. The sound of the rapids will lull you to sleep in your magical tent perched right over the water! With all of the modern conveniences including hot water, outdoor shower, bar fridge, wifi and well appointed outdoor kitchen. This year we are building a treehouse on the island so although we will ensure no construction takes place during your stay, there will be construction materials around on the island

Relax in complete privacy on your own 50 acre private estate surrounded by nature as you enjoy hotel-style amenities and Endy mattresses in every bedroom. Enjoy thousands of feet of private shoreline on the deep, clean waters of Canoe Lake. Sadly, we cannot accommodate weddings.

River Ledge Hideaway

New construction home designed specifically with the thought of guests in mind overlooking the Saint Lawrence River. Enjoy a memorable fall or holiday getaway to this waterfront oasis. Highlighting this home is a large master bedroom overlooking numerous islands speckled throughout the expansive water view. Outdoor fire pit and grilling area will be set up for the fall season. Situated on the road into the Village of Sharbot Lake, Windswept Cottage offers the perfect combination of privacy and town convenience.
