A covered deck patio invites the ideal space to host a barbeque, complete with lake views. Direct lagoon water views and ground floor access make this a dream holiday destination. You can't help but relax! Ground floor apartment with your own private garden and deck with direct walking access to the resort restaurants and bar, lagoon, pool, surf beach and river. Access the resort facilities with free water sports (kayaking, water trampoline and sailing boats) and a paid water activity park perfect for the kids (and big kids too!). An 18 hole Golf course runs through the resort. This is a perfect Sunshine Coast getaway for the whole family. All linen and towels are provided. Sit on the deck and watch the world go by. The Sunshine Coast airport is a few minutes drive, Sunshine Plaza is a 15 minute drive, there are however local shops for provisions. Set within Twin Waters Resort, the apartment is set beside the Maroochy River. It's steps away from a golf course and a beach, as well as a conservation area. New 5th floor modern 2 bed ( 1 king and 2 singles or 2 king beds) 2 bathroom unit across the road from the beach with gorgeous hinterland views. Lap pool and childrens wading pool, sauna, gym and BBQ in the building and across the road from the new Bokarina play space that is a child’s heaven. A large area of green space and scooter and cycle tracks alongside the beach for kilometres. The popular ‘Bocca ‘Italian restaurant is next door and gelato and many retail shopping centres mins drive away.
