Modern Downtown Boulder Home, Rooftop Deck & Flatiron Views

Take in the view of the Flatirons over a morning coffee on 1 of 3 decks at an airy, light-filled escape. Nestled in a tranquil spot 3 blocks from Pearl Street, this crisp, minimal pad blends tan leather with rugged wood and an Aboriginal paintings. Kitchen/Dining/Living Room: This brand new abode offers an open kitchen, living and dining area with contemporary finishes, stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors throughout. This is a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook the yummiest of meals. Afterwards, enjoy a glass of wine with friends and family while sitting around the gas fireplace. Bedrooms: There are two bedrooms on the second level. The Master Suite has its own bathroom, a king size bed and a large closet for storage. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, desk, chair and monitor, making this a perfect spot for those traveling for business. Both bedrooms open onto a deck, overlooking the property. Bathrooms: The first bathroom is on the lower level of the home when you first walk in. It has one sink and walk-in shower, and is fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap and clean towels. The second bathroom is part of the master suite on the second level. It has 2 sinks, a walk-in shower and is, of course, fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, hairdryer and clean towels. Roof Top Deck: This is my favorite part of the home, with an incredible 500 sq. ft. roof top deck with stunning views of the Flatirons Mountains! The patio is bright and sunny during the day, but hang out on the lounge furniture before you hit the town and watch the sun sink behind the mountains. Parking: There is one dedicated parking space in front of my garage that is yours to use. Street parking is also available. I’m always looking forward to hosting great people. I am always available via phone and email and if I am not in town you will have the number of someone who is local incase you run into any issues. This urban oasis is set back away from the street in a quiet area by the creek, yet just a 5-minute walk from Pearl Street, the creek path, and a farmers' market. Restaurants, bars, music venues, parks, and entertainment are all also close by. You are about a 5 minute walk to the bus station which will take you to and from the airport, downtown Denver or other parts of Boulder. You can also use the bike lanes to get around town and everything downtown is just an easy walk. If you are thinking about doing hikes or spending time in the mountains I would highly recommend renting a car.

* Stunning Historic Home Close to Pearl Street

This beautifully remodeled, clean, cozy historic home hosts the best of both old and new featuring the original wood floors, antiques, art, a modern kitchen, great beds, and more. The location is the best, a block from the st Julien hotel & Pearl st. The location is outstanding - a short walk to everything and anything. The home stunning and is a large, remodeled, historic home. Carefully and tastefully remodeled with radiant heat, AC, wifi, Cable TV, and lots of natural light. There is plenty of off street parking, and a stocked kitchen. You'll have spacious, light and bright private bedrooms with access to two shared bathrooms and kitchen, dining and living room areas. Interaction is limited. Centrally located, the house is three blocks away from the Boulder Farmers Market and a stone’s throw from a spectrum of restaurants and shops. Go for a walk along the scenic Boulder Creek Path before paying a visit to the Museum of Contemporary Art. I mail out a full information packet to each guest. You'll have all sorts of transportation options available. I don't allow smoking of any kind in the property. I don't allow any unauthorized parties. I do not allow more than the number of guests noted in the booking assuming all Colorado zoning laws have been followed.
