3 bedroom 2 bath home with all the amenities! Very private home with a small front porch and chairs! If you can’t find what u need in the home we probably have it in another, just ask! We are on septic so please no paper, baskets in each bathroom with trashcan liners. Thanks for understanding. We also have small animals that are in and out of the house please use extreme caution going in and out. Guest parking only! Extra overnight guests must be approved or be charged $45

Keeneland is 20 minutes away, as is downtown Lexington .We are 20 minutes from Kentucky Horse Park. We have a secure gate to the farm for privacy and safety. The cottage is located near our private stable ,the setting is quiet and lovely..
