Our beautifully converted barn is ideally located in the picturesque village of Ruston. Set within a stunning Grade II listed farmstead, just 50 metres from the edge of the North York Moors National Park & with easy access of coastal walks, beaches & market towns including Whitby, Pickering, Filey, Cayton & Malton. Stylishly & comfortably furnished, the ground floor is roomy & open plan with a wood burner & under floor heating. The mezzanine bedroom has a super comfortable King size bed & bath.

A beautiful place to stay that is both rare and historic in the heart of the beautiful town of Beverley with free onsite parking. The Old Hayloft is a hidden gem within close walking distance of cafes, bars and restaurants, independent shops, places of interest, and the fabulous Beverley Minster. The railway station and bus station are close by. The Accommodation is upstairs with its own private entrance, no lift. Small outdoor seating area in pretty courtyard. It is a renovated 200 year old farm building which has been lovingly restored to retain its original features including a deep well with glass top (reinforced!) pulleys and metal work. Whether you're seeking a romantic retreat or a fun-filled getaway, The Pump House offers a haven for relaxation or as a base to explore the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds and amazing coastline.

The little seaside cottage is close to all local amenities. just a 5 minute stroll to the nearest sandy beach, 2 minutes into Bridlington town centre and just 5 minutes from the local train station, everything you need is really on your doorstep. Plenty of coastal walks for those keen to explore, close links to the Yorkshire Wolds and the Yorkshire moors. Our cottage is well equipped and has everything you need, from buckets and spades to umbrellas, to enjoy a wonderful break at the sea.
