Spacious 2 bed cottage sleeps six with private courtyard. Quiet central location with free off street parking for 2 standard size cars. Just 2 mins from beach and i360 and minutes from Brighton's great restaurants and nightlife. Double Bedroom, Twin Bedroom and Small double sofa bed. (The sofa bed is only made up for parties of 5 or more). The cottage is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before each and every guest stay - We’re Good to Go standard. No parties. Quiet time between 10pm and 8am

Downstairs, there’s a kitchen with essentials and a private bathroom with a toilet and shower. Step outside to your private patio with a bistro set—perfect for morning coffee. Free parking lines the whole road. It’s an 8-min walk to the nearest station, 20 mins to the sea/central Hove. By car, it’s just 5 mins to Hove, 15 to Brighton.

Residential enough to be peaceful, but close enough to the North Laine to be fun - we think we have our own perfect corner of Brighton here - we are looking forward to sharing it with you! The flat is great for a couple but we do have a sofa bed in case you would like a third person to join you.
