A Large and Sunny room is available in our beautiful Townhouse located in Williamsburg. The house is bright and spacious with strong wifi and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space & privacy. You will be sharing with a very chill couple, who own the house, plus one other guest. There is a Japanese style Tatami room in the back facing the garden. The basement has a flat HD TV room, a large sofa and laundry room. Guests will have their own bathroom and kitchen. The host will be present in the same townhouse building upstairs. A few minutes to B,D,2,3 subway stations. No kids/No pets

Within walking distance are a variety of great restaurants, coffee houses, 3 supermarkets and other shopping spots. A fast 15 minute ride into Manhattan on the L train. No parties allowed in the space. This is a smoke free environment. Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the space. Anyone violating these rules may be asked to leave immediately without refund.

The room is in a 125 year-old house in a charming historic neighborhood. This cozy, ground floor bedroom is approx. 100 sq. ft. The bed is full size. It adjoins a private, 20 sq. ft., bathroom. Guests control heat/air conditioning. The attached garden has seating areas.
