Couples and their pets love the cottage! Privately situated on 2 acres, conveniently located 10 - 15 minutes from downtown Asheville, 5 minutes to Weaverville. Cozy, charming, unique, the cottage provides a fully equipped kitchen, mosaic tile bath with walk-in shower, and clever use of recycled materials. Fenced pet approved yard ($50 one time fee covers 2 pet max), with outdoor dining, BBQ grill and fire pit. A relaxing oasis after hiking and exploring the beauty and charm of Western NC.

Charming couple's getaway in a beautiful historic Asheville neighborhood conveniently located near downtown shops and eateries. The apartment features a tiled bathroom with restored claw foot tub and a large back deck with wooded view just outside the bedroom door. Central air conditioning/heating system is dedicated solely to this apartment- you control preferred temperature. *Please note this apartment is not suitable for guests who plan to keep late night hours and party in the apartment.

Make yourself at home in a gorgeous custom cabin, relax in our wood burning sauna with spring fed cold plunge, and frolic with our host of friendly animals. World class hiking and dining is a short drive away, but you might be so taken with the magic of the farm that you don’t want to leave.

The Asheville Frog

Climb a set of exterior stairs thru your private entrance and enter a bright, airy, modern space with some mid-century charm. You'll be welcomed into the space by beautiful floors made from reclaimed barn wood. An open floor plan includes the living room with 55" smart TV, kitchen and dining areas. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bedroom has a super comfy queen bed, dresser and large walk-in closet. We are 100% solar powered and offer a Level 2 EV charger for guests.

Spruce Fork Cottage

Spruce Fork Cottage is a cozy cabin using some solar energy with 2 bedrooms, living/dining area, kitchen, and bathroom with shower. It is a prefect getaway for 1 to no more than 4 people and is within 20 minutes of Asheville, 15 minutes from Black Mountain, 10 minutes from market/gas. Areas to hike are close by or accessible via the Blue Ridge Parkway. Mount Mitchell is an hour north on BR Parkway, Carl Sandburg is about an hour South. Everyone is welcome.
