Accommodations are suitable for a single person or couple visiting Asheville for vacationing pleasure, business or both. Located in a quiet neighborhood less than 4 miles from downtown and there is access to the Blue Ridge Parkway without a single traffic light. Private and secure entry is separate from main home. Spacious living room with fireplace and streaming TV for lounging. Kitchenette with self serve coffee, microwave and minifridge. Parking is easy and only steps away from the door.

The suite is very close to 6-7 breweries, a distillery, chic retail, and some fantastic restaurants. Ask us for recommendations! The Biltmore Estate entrance is also less than 2 miles away. Downtown is only a couple of miles away and is only a 5 minute Uber/Lyft ride away. Fares are generally reasonable.

Perfect for solo travelers looking for a safe place to land or couples who need a place to rest after a full day. Look out for 🐻 sightings in our yard!

Beautiful lower level guest suite in our West Asheville home. Visitors will enjoy a private deck and self- check in key pad entrance to come and go with ease. You’ll enjoy a king bed, a sofa seat that folds out into a single bed and a newly renovated bathroom. Also, while you are planning your time on the town enjoy plenty of snacks, wine, a mini-fridge, microwave & dish-ware. NOTE: My partner and I live in the upper two levels of the home so you will most likely hear footsteps.

End of road, bedroom/bath behind home, exterior entrance, tile shower, 15 min to Asheville, 8 min Weaverville, 18 min to the Blue Ridge Parkway, 5 min to Ledges River Park on the French Broad River. The bedroom is 11x14, plus bath, amenity storage & deck.

Come visit Above the Clouds! You're at 3200 feet on 9 private acres, with amazing views of our beautiful Western NC mountains. Everything you need is in your separate and private 650 sqft floor, which is the lower level of our home on top of the mountain. We're in the middle of nature, so be prepared to share space with deer, bear, coyotes, fireflies, and lady bugs. Mini-Frig, Microwave, Keurig coffee with coffee supplies.
