This home is the perfect setting whether you’re here for business, sports, entertainment or to simply connect with family or friends. This lovely late 1800’s home is filled with original charm but has been spruced up to meet modern needs. It is located near the Mighty Mississippi and only a 3 minute drive to our beautiful downtown. Fun City Courts and the Rec Plex are just a quick 10 minutes away. At noon and 6:00 pm you will hear the charm of local church bells ringing if you are outside.

Hilltop Cottage

Off grid, "Hilltop Cottage", is the 3rd treehouse at Ten Acre Treehouses. A lot of the same touches found in "The Captains Quarters". The second treehouse here, you will find in this Beach house inspired creation. This treehouse is a full 3 story!, 700 sq foot!, features a large sectional sofa in the A Frame inspired first floor, half bath, kitchen area with all the amenities, 2nd story master suite, with half bath, and outdoor shower on adjoining deck, and a 3rd level treetop sleeping loft!

Oquawka Cottage With River View

Reconnect with loved ones in this family-friendly place. Enjoy the comfortable living area, or kick back on the deck with a view of the Mississippi River. There's also a quaint front porch. Walking distance from local bar & grill. Quiet, safe neighborhood. The kitchen has all the amenities of home. Washer and dryer are located in one end of the bathroom. Second floor two Bedroom apartment located on the Southwest corner of the West Point City Square. Great location close to local bars, bowling alley, restaurants and grocery store. Appartment has outside deck great for viewing the annual West Point Sweet Corn Festival the second weekend of August. This appartment has a spacious kitchen and living room. Master bedroom has a king size bed, tv and walk-in closet. The spare bedroom has a closet and tv.

Mosquito Park Condo

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish 1890 building. There's a park that overlooks the Mississippi. And for the musically inclined there is a piano. Play your heart out! And it's just a short walk downtown. Where there's lots of great restaurants and cool shops. Rates are set by AirBnB. I offer weekly and monthly stays discounts. If there are any more than two guests there will be an additional charge for the third to eighth guests.

The Vernon Street Guest House - Suite 2

Built in 1900 and renovated in 2022, Suite 2 shows little signs of the once quirky old space. Completely private, with all the amenities, it boasts a spacious bedroom, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with a desk for workspace, and a laundry room. While you're here, we hope you are able to relax and enjoy the well lit deck along with a cup of freshly roasted coffee, which we are happy to have provided.
