Yes, this is "that" house. This single level ranchette is walking distance to Indigeny Reserve from the front door. Walk the creek, ride a bike through the neighborhood, hike/ride the Indigeny trails, whatever you would like. This 930 sqft. farmhouse is on 2 acres...BY ITSELF. Peaceful and private are the words that come to mind. Lots of updates as the house has been completely rebuilt/updated. High speed Wifi and Central Heat/AC. Full Kitchen. Full Laundry. Space for the kids to play or to walk with your spouse. This is the perfect vacation rental for a family of 5 (or less), as well as a couples retreat. Memory Foam Mattress and brand new furniture. Our comfortable and quiet guest cottage is set among Ponderosa pines in the Sierra Nevada foothills, 15 minutes from more than 40 Shenandoah Valley wineries. Private tastings can be arranged. The pool is private to our guests and usually open after Memorial Day. About 50 mins to ski areas. The Cottage easily accommodates 2 couples in two bedrooms, each with private bathroom. EV charging is available - additional fee. The deck is great for outside dining or just enjoying a glass of wine.

Cottage at the Broken Branch

Experience the historic Gold Country and Yosemite national park staying in this newly renovated 1800s mining cabin. Originally built in the late 1800s for the miners of the Crystal Rock mine, the cottage now has heat, air conditioning, highspeed wifi, a kitchen, and bathroom. The Broken Branch is a small working ranch, so the beautiful sunrise views include several horses, donkeys, and goats. It's about an hour and a half to Yosemite and only minutes from downtown Columbia and Sonora.
