Our tiny home is set aside in an older, quiet neighborhood of Nampa, ID and has a rustic and cabin-esque feel. This is a cute home and comfortable stay for either a couple of days or a couple months! The tiny home comes equipped with a private fenced in area and a small hot tub. We are located 2 blocks from the NNU campus, 5 minutes from downtown Nampa, and 10 minutes to I84 - everything you need within an arm's reach! Modern Farmhouse

This Mid Mod home was updated in 2022 with a Modern Farmhouse flair. The space is private, peaceful and centrally-located. The mall is just a 3 minute drive away and so is Downtown Boise, which is filled with restaurants, shopping, sites and more! Outdoor activities just minutes away. Plus The Village in Meridian is nearby ... you will love this location...it's one of my happy places. PLEASE NOTE: This unit is Non-Smoking/Vaping No pets allowed due to host family having pet allergies.

Bright, new country guesthouse

Spacious and serene country guesthouse with breathtaking Owyhee views. With a middle-of-nowhere feel, yet 15 min to stores. Convenient location to Lake Lowell, Best of Idaho wineries, Jump Creek, Snake River, Nampa, Marsing and Caldwell. EV Charger onsite. Tons of natural light, open concept with a full kitchen and large bathroom with tub/shower. One king bed and two twin beds (day bed). Huge 55" TV, strong wifi, private desk/workspace. Property is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. :(

The Modern Farmhouse was recently remodeled with upscale amenities and everything you need for a comfortable stay! Enjoy your own delicious home cooked meals in the beautiful kitchen, gather in the dining room with seating for 8, enjoy a movie on Netflix or Disney+ on a huge 65" OLED 4K TV and 7.2 Klipsch Surround Sound with a large sectional providing seating for the whole family. Outside on the back patio you will find outdoor seating with a fire pit, a hot tub for 5, and a 6 burner BBQ.

Charming country cottage in a peaceful rural setting, perfect for a romantic escape or quiet getaway. Relax in the hot tub, on the mini beach, or by the pond with a waterfall. Enjoy sunsets from the fire pit or private patio, with evening lighting and the sounds of wild birds all around. Just 2 minutes to Lake Lowell for fishing, boating, and nature walks, and only 20 minutes to mountains, hot springs, trail rides, the Snake River. All while only 9 minutes from shopping & services.

Private river-front guesthouse (studio).

Come for the river view and stay for the relaxation. Our studio is a private, separate guesthouse just a few steps from the south channel of the Boise River. It overlooks the river, has private parking and a private entrance. This studio suite includes a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and a private outdoor patio on the river. The kitchenette includes a range, dishwasher, refrigerator, a portable washing machine, and dryer.

Charming Caldwell Home Near C of I and Freeway

This beautiful home has a great central location. It has high speed internet, capable of sustaining work from home and online learning. It is only a few minutes from the College of Idaho, downtown Caldwell and it is only 6 or 7 minutes away from the freeway. There is a designated covered parking spot, in the shared driveway, with additional street parking. Groceries, shopping and entertainment are only minutes away.

Cozy basement suite with its own separate back entrance! Comfortable and convenient with a new kitchen & full size appliances, large combined living space and bed area, small bathroom, and washer & dryer. Nestled in the heart of Caldwell just outside of the beautiful Steunenberg Historical District with easy access to many great local amenities and activities. Smart key pad lock for easy self check in!

Fun Garage Loft w/ Kitchen in The North End

Fun and cozy Garage Studio Loft close to Downtown Boise, Whitewater Park, and Hyde Park! We spent the last year building this brand new studio above our garage! With 2 beds, The Garage Loft can comfortably sleep 3 adults, or 2 adults with 2 small children. With a fully stocked kitchen for cooking, cozy living room, fast wifi, and access to streaming services, we're kind of worried you won't leave...

Wine specials at all the wineries this month! Check it out in the flyers in the room! It runs from March 21st to the 23rd♡ We also offer other gourmet breakfasts for purchase. Check out our menu when you get here. There is also a private hot tub to watch amazing sunsets while drinking wine from our local wineries , as well as a massage chair for your comfort! Rewind , relax and enjoy!

Sleepy Bear Lodge

Our property is located outside of the town of Caldwell in a county setting. Our neighbors on both sides have farm animals making for a unique experience. We are minutes from multiple golf courses. Shopping is 10-15 minutes away. Boise Airport is about a 30 minute drive. And the Oregon border is a stone’s throw from here. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.

Serene Country View House

Entire house located in the country but central to nearby towns of Middleton Star,Eagle,and Meridian. Very quiet country road with sweeping views of the valley and foothills. There are 3 horses on property within fenced area. Owners are available anytime and are close by. House is a one bedroom, one bath fully stocked for a comfortable stay, lots of parking.
