Chloes Cottage

An ideal family & friends hideaway that is close to everything. Bikes are available on site to ride into town or you can relax at the fire pit roasting S'mores. There are 2 separate homes on this 1 acre property that share a yard. The host is a professional chef & lives on the property where you can request to book a special breakfast in bed or she can even cater your dinner party! Pets are welcome & the yard is fenced on 2 sides. A portion of every rental is donated to help save the elephants.

Four Seasons Home located in quiet and safe neighborhood. Enjoy your meal with beautiful garden views. 3 beds with high quality mattresses where you can sleep comfortably. I follow Airbnb’s five-step enhanced cleaning process, which is based on Airbnb’s cleaning handbook. Walk to Saint Edward state park, hike to Lake Washington, relax by the beach. Walking distance to Kenmore downtown with a selection of bars, coffee shops and restaurants. Half an hour drive to Seattle, Bellevue, or Lynnwood.

This spacious apartment is half a block from the harbor and easy walking distance of our very cute downtown area where all the faires and festivals take place! Completely renovated and with wonderful views from the deck as well as the dining area windows! Full kitchen that is fully appointed! The 2 bedrooms have queen beds and the sleeper sofa is also a queen (very comfortable!) and if you have extra 'little people', the ottoman makes into a twin bed and there is also a rollaway bed and W/D.

We are located minutes from downtown Snohomish, (home of Lamb and Co. from HGTV) and countless delightful boutique shops and restaurants along with several wedding venues.

This Victorian style house was built in 1920. It features high ceilings, tall windows, and beautiful wood floors. The decor is eclectic, old-world European, with a billiard parlor, antique light fixtures, carved furniture, and unique artwork. The solarium doubles as a dance floor. The lawn is perfect for volleyball or badminton, while the backyard offers a wonderful place for picnics, sunbathing, or basking in the shade. Serene Waterfront Beach Cottage

**Newly remodeled as of May 2023** Clean, light-filled cottage on a quiet, private, no-bank sandy beach. The cottage, which is about 1300 square feet, has three bedrooms plus a sleeper couch in the living area, and one bathroom. Relax, explore the beach and sandy tideflats, enjoy a fabulous view of the Cascades, roast marshmallows over a campfire, and spot wildlife including harbor seals, otters, and bald eagles. This is a magical place for kids to play and explore!

From the spectacular views across Cultus Bay and its bird-filled estuary to the Olympic mountains, to the indoor dry sauna and 8-person indoor Jacuzzi, to the community park and tennis/pickleball courts--there is something for everyone during your action-packed stay.

Walk off the deck to a sandy beach perfect for kids and adults alike. You’re sure to see bald eagles up close, seals swimming off the point, and, depending on the time of year, whales traveling through this area. Modern coastal vibes indoors will make you feel comfortable & relaxed.

House on Penn Cove: Charming Low Bank Waterfront

The House on Penn Cove is located on a private road going down a cliff to no bank water front, so this a very private location. There is unobstructed Penn Cove views and the historic town of Coupeville can be seen across the cove. On clear days, you have a spectacular view of the Olympic Mountain range. The house has a Mid Century Modern design with particularly the Pink Kitchen being something that has to be seen.
