Designed by 1 + 2 Architects and built by VOS our home won a HIA award in 2005. Part of our brief to the architects was to design a part of the home where our guests could have complete privacy and feel spoilt . It has become a sanctuary for many people . Recently our local renowned Interior Designer has visited the apartment . The result is spectacular and calming . Quality furniture is enhanced by soft furnishings from Adairs. Professionally laundered bed linen adds to the sense of luxury.

Airport 5 minutes drive, Hobart City and historic Richmond 15 minutes drive. Offering airport transfers for a small fee and free parking for larger vehicles with washing and cleaning facilities making rental returns easy. If you have an early morning flight or late arrival Twelve 30 is a lovely start or finish to your Tasmanian adventure!

Sunburst, your relaxing stay.

Sunburst is set on 2 acres in a rural suburb , 15 minutes out of Hobart's CBD, this self contained apartment is yours. You will have your own private entry and it is completely separate to the main house. This Airbnb is the perfect Tassie getaway - it is just a stones throw away (5 mins) from the Cole Valley Winery Route, boutique breweries, and the 7 Mile Beach. The Hobart city centre, including world renowned Salamanca Market are all under 15 minutes away. Port Arthur is only 50 mins away.

Seven Mile Beach House—Surf, Hike, Golf

Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Elevated and private, this luxurious architecturally designed home in Hobart's North has all that you need to enjoy a memorable stay in Tasmania. Perched atop a hill overlooking the Derwent River, the house features a large deck & outdoor wood fire pit, as well as a bath deck. Please note; 29 Ebden's bedrooms are double (queen) share. E.g., if you would like four bedrooms prepared for your stay please book for eight guests.

View Studio is a place to relax and spend some time taking in the stunning vista of Hobart, kunanyi/Mount Wellington and River Derwent. Nestled in a picturesque location with sweeping views over the stunning Barilla Bay. The property is located 10min from the airport and historic Richmond, 20min from Hobart’s CBD and acts as a gateway to the award-winning Port Arthur Historic Site and the spectacular beaches of Tasmania’s East Coast.

Carlton River Escape

Carlton River Escape was completed in 2023 and built as a peaceful hide away retreat on the back 50 acres of our property. It is nestled right beside our Swift Parrot Conservation Forest area which also shares it space with our local wallabies, wombats, echidnas, pademelons, possums, and eagles. Amid the fresh Tassie air, and the incredible forest views, you will feel completely relaxed listening to the sounds of the wildlife while enjoying the luxury of a secluded brand new home.
