Second story apartment is a newly renovated space over hosts' garage (guests must be capable of climbing one flight of spiral stairs). It has a full kitchen (Including dishwasher), full bath (shower only - no tub), nice sized bedroom with queen bed and closet. Second story large private deck. NO DIRT ROADS TO PROPERTY! Adults only and (sorry!) no pets.

The Studio is a moderate sized living quarters set up purposely for lounging, relaxing, personal entertainment and rest. Set within the compound of a historical property (The Box T Ranch built in 1902), the studio is the perfect home plate for all your Southern Arizona adventures. It includes an amazing king size bed, comfortable furnishings, a 57" Sony TV, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, 2 person walk in shower and an AC unit. We are within 5 minute walking distance into town. Perfect getaway!

The space is on the second story above the garage of a single-family home. Its charming size is perfect for individuals and couples. The shower and bathroom are small (may be uncomfortable for people over 6 feet). Works well for military, contractors, traveling nurses, and bird watchers. Includes everything needed for a short or long-term stay.

Attached all new remodeled Luxury Guest suite in Sierra Vista AZ. Private entrance and private living quarters with a full kitchen that is stocked with all the needed dish/cookware. Designed and decorated with modern aesthetics, this is a one bedroom stand alone guest house on a shared property that can sleep up to four people, while enjoying beautiful mountain views. The Prickly Pear is located in the center of Sierra Vista, less than 7 miles from Ft. Huachuca, and only a short drive away from numerous trails or wilderness preserves for bird watching, hiking, mountain biking, or all the above.

The casita is the original but updated ranch house built in the late 60’s. We have kept much of its original charm while upgrading to modern comfort and conveniences. We are located on a privately gated property just minutes from the heart of Sonoita and Southern AZ’s growing wine country.

Though it feels remote and secluded, excellent restaurants are within a 5-minute drive!
