This is a relatively secluded location in a private neighborhood intended for getting back to nature. *Please note that the neighborhood was flooded in hurricane Florence last October so some of the homes are currently under renovation.

The open-concept living space includes a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and open living room. Note: Owners reserve the garage for personal use only; it isn't accessable to guests.

The rental includes an enclosed front porch with wrap around windows , has 2 separate living units and 3 flatscreen Roku TV's with Internet. There is a pool table and a screened in porch. 2 Queen beds,2 Full beds. Beautiful knotty pine walls. Private street with a private community dock. The end of the dock faces west to capture breathtaking sunsets.

Clean and comfy! High speed wi-fi, smart tv, and complimentary coffee, tea & snacks. Street parking-May not be a good fit for people with mobility issues. The front door is 110 steps from the street including a stone pathway down the lawn. Very dark at night-use phone light on path.
