The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Mariaville Goat Farm Yurt

A charming, stylish 20’ yurt in the woods on our small, off-the-grid goat farm! If you are looking to get away from it all (and still be close to SO much) - this is the place for you! Enjoy a nap in the hammock, s’mores around a campfire, a great night’s sleep under the stars, a country breakfast delivered to your door - and goats! Take a walk in the woods...enjoy the artistic landscaping...try goat yoga! Or, experience some of the area’s AMAZING food, beverages, shopping, and attractions!

Magic Forest Farm's Enchanted Cabin

After five years, this work of art is finally complete! This eco friendly building was mostly constructed with materials from our forest. Nearly 200 volunteers had a hand in helping over the years in its construction. It is built with cordwood masonry, round and unique. We are a working 225 acre organic farm and homestead that grows much of our own food. You will love our friendly animals, volunteers and miles of hiking trails. This is a off grid solar powered cabin with an outhouse nearby.

Unique centrally located, peaceful country chalet between the Adirondack and Green Mountains on 60 acres. Starlink available if your phone doesn't work here. Near Lk George, Lk Champlain, & VT. Hike, fish, swim nearby. Air conditioners on the main floor for the summer months. Our 9120 watt solar array powers our property. During the cold months enjoy the wood stove. All wheel drive a must in winter. We have a spacious deck by the shared pool, pergola, and a shady deck by the stream.

Enjoy a quiet retreat far off the road with authentic Amish furniture and decor and modern conveniences (washer & dryer, dishwasher, Keurig, AC/Heat, WiFi and streaming TV.)

Enjoy 120-acres of beautiful farmland while you stay in your very own Hobbit house! Nestled in the hills of Hudson Valley, June Farms is a gorgeous animal sanctuary. During your stay, you will be able to meet our Shire horses, Scottish highland cows, Gloucestershire spotted pigs, Nigerian dwarf goats, many chickens and ducks! If these walls could talk, they'd tell a story of the history of Glenville, NY! Starting as a Broom Corn Farm and then a Speakeasy during Prohibition, the original bar is located in the basement! This renovated New England-style colonial has beautifully landscaped grounds and butts up to the Mohawk River, providing privacy and views. Walking the property not only gives you a bit of exercise but allows you to take in the beautiful views and native foliage.

Airbnb @ Sweet & Savory Farmette

Welcome to the AirBnB situated on a small working farm. You are welcome to tour the grounds to say hello to all the animals. This place is for the birds! No really you will enjoy watching chickens, ducks, emus, geese, guinea fowl, and peafowl. The farm is also home to a herd of beautiful alpaca and resident llama, curious goats, and barn cats. There are working livestock guardian dogs who watch over the herd who will greet you from behind the fence.
