Ce très beau gîte est situé au rez-de-chaussée et est entièrement équipé avec climatisation/chauffage dans toutes les pièces. Cuisine ouverte et salle de séjour avec coin salon. Les 4 chambres ont des lits doubles avec des salles de bains privées, y compris des toilettes séparées. Vous pouvez profiter d'une piscine chauffée partagée avec deux autres gîtes, ouverte de début mai à fin septembre (selon la météo). Il y a également une table de ping-pong, boules et des espaces de détente.

La Lavandula sits in its own established grounds with a large private swimming pool, pétanque court and children’s play area. Groléjac swimming and fishing lake with its lovely, sandy beach is a 2 minute walk away. A cycle path at the rear of the property will take you straight through to Sarlat (11km away) and beyond.
