We recently updated our cottage to provide modern convenience while maintaining the 100-year-old charm. This sweet home is easy to find and serves as a gateway to many beautiful sites including Bryce Canyon, Zion Canyon, Lake Powell, the Grand Canyon, and many more. Pinkie's Place is perfectly located to serve as a base as you explore our breathtaking scenery and a peaceful place to come "home" to.

Welcome to our winter 'Home Away From Nome, Alaska’ - a very comfortable, light-filled open space, with a comfy queen bed, a futon, two office spaces, a full bath, and a well-equipped full kitchen. The 6' cedar fence around the property offers privacy for you and freedom for your dog.

South Cottage, Zion National Park

Our south cottage is tucked right into the heart of Springdale with amazing views of Zion Nat'l Park! A perfect place for 2-3 guests - a nice, open layout houses a California King size bed & single sofa sleeper, full bathroom & kitchenette. A great spot for unwinding after a day of adventure! Take in all the spectacular views from the courtyard right outside your back door or the rooftop deck just above your space. Bonus - you'll be within walking distance to just about everything in Springdale!

East Zion-Glendale Ranch Cabins #1

Built in 2017. East Zion-Glendale Ranch Cabins offers a quiet, western atmosphere. Located in Glendale, Utah, right in the middle of scenic Southern Utah. Stay in one of our Cabins and experience rustic cozy comfort with all the modern conveniences. Only 25 minutes away from Zion National Park and 55 minutes away from Bryce Canyon National Park. A 5-15 minute drive to restaurants, gas stations and a grocery store. In the evenings enjoy a fire pit while star gazing into our crystal clear skies!

The Stone Cottage

This cottage style home has a stone exterior with a wrap around porch and is surrounded by trees and bushes. At 1000 sq/ft, it is cosy and comfortable. It has two bedrooms, a loft, and a bathroom. The master is located on the ground floor with a king bed. An upstairs bedroom holds a queen and a semi private loft holds two twin beds. A queen fold away is in the living room couch. The kitchen cupboards are well stocked with cookware, coffee maker, slow cooker, waffle maker. Washer and dryer.

Linden Cottage is a newly renovated historic home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood one block from historic downtown. Shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, art galleries, and more, all within walking distance! Outdoor attractions include, Kolob canyon, Brian Head Ski Resort, Zion National Park, and Bryce Canyon. We do not accept any animals due to the historic nature of this home and ask that you please respect this. For service animals, please refer to the rules section.

Hidden Pioneer Cottage Historic Site

Come stay in our 1100 square foot historic (circa 1858) pioneer home. This modernized home offers conveniences while keeping its pioneer heritage. You will have this house to yourself with 2 private bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and washer/dryer. Restaurants and grocery options nearby. Close to Zion Nat'l Park, St. George, and Cedar City. A perfect place to relax and unwind. We look forward to meeting you! Best for small- sized families, or 1-2 couples.

LITTLE PATCH OF HEAVEN is just that, a sanctuary tucked away in mature trees in the most quiet, beautiful setting imaginable. This private, hidden retreat is unmatched in quality & design. The romantic master retreat is dreamy with its own television, fireplace, giant soaker tub, luxurious walk-in shower and more! Stretch-out & relax in the spacious living room. Curl up in the luxuriously soft blankets, watch a movie on the giant screen after a long day hiking in Zion.

The Historic Rose Cottage

The Rose Cottage is a charming historic cottage located on the main street near the town center in Springdale. Guests are surrounded with views of Zion National Park and are conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, gift shops, art galleries, a grocery store and steps away to shuttle stops for easy access to the park. Guests have full access to this quaint cottage and property. The home features original oil paintings by the host that are for sale.

K Hill Cottage

Welcome to “K Hill Cottage”, a cozy home away from home. A great place for up to four friends/family to stay while seeing Zions, Bryce Canyon, North Rim of the Grand Canyon or the Grand Stair Case Escalente Monument. We are a non-smoking, non-vapor and non-pet property as well. We offer 10% for week long stays and 20% for month long stays.
