If it was a person you could describe it as very friendly with a touch of sophistication, with a welcoming soul and modern spirit. The lush interior is enveloped with a 1000 sq m garden where you can take a stroll, have a barbecue or just sit under a 100 year old yew tree and plan your trip ahead - you'll probably want to stay at Pipa's place though.

Family place with huge terrace, 10 km to Lj center

10 km from city center of Ljubljana on quiet location we have completely renovated house with 3 apartments. This is middle apartment with huge terrace, spacious, comfortable for a family of 6 (they all can sleep in beds) and can host up to 7, even 8 people (for sleeping over it is just big enough). 1st floor apartment, a house doesn't have elevator. Private parking in front of the house! Nice, green exterior, good base for exploring Slovenia, self check in/out.

Located in a peaceful spot, right next to an archeological park. Eight minute walk to the main city square - ideal for exploring Ljubljana. Good for couples, families, solo adventurers and business travelers. No parties or any kind of loudness. The parking spot is located right next to the apartment, behind a private barrier for which you will receive a remote for the duration of your stay.

The apartment is centrally located, only 5 min walk from the strict city center and to the main bus/train station in a very pleasant neighborhood at the Northern gate of Ljubljana, directly opposite of the new 5 star hotel. It has been renovated in 2016 and has a 100' screen projector - home cinema, air conditioning, etc. and there is also an elevator.
