Featured by Sunset Magazine as a “chic escape.” Inside, mid-century furniture and architectural details are made of natural materials like wood and stone setting a calming, sanctuary tone throughout. Curl up with a good read by the light streaming through floor to ceiling windows and under soaring wooden beams or tuck in for the evening by closing the sliding doors inspired by Japanese screens. Please note that during the winter months, our 1960s artistically unique treehouse may get chilly. H

( 1 queen bed in each open loft) You are living with a live tree in nature so think glamping - an amazing experience .

The open living room and kitchen are the heart of the home. The living room is the perfect place to gather in front of the wood burning fireplace and roast some s’mores with your guests. Propped in the center of the home you are greeted by a large tree which grounds the cabin in the forest.

Nestled in a cathedral of Old Growth Redwoods on 72 acres of the Santa Cruz Mountains, this Treehouse is one of a kind, for the quiet, nature loving adventurers . Lofty ceilings and solar string lights. oak spiral staircase leads you to your "nest", a queen sized bed with fresh linens and pillows provided. Down stairs is a tiny porch with bistro dining set for sipping wine from a local winery as you gaze out at the moonlit pond and meadow, the dappled light in the trees.

Tranquility Base Forest Meditation Retreat

For those with good knees there are 31 steps up to this 85 year old remodeled cabin in Felton, close to Roaring Camp Railroad, Loch Lomond Rec Area, Henry Cowell's State Park, Mount Hermon Conference Center, Felton Covered Bridge Park. The Boardwalk and beaches of Santa Cruz are a 25 minute drive from the cabin. You will be deep in the heart of redwoods and ferns with sounds of the trinkling creek. May this be your meditation destination, your OM away from home.
