Come visit our peaceful art studio in our 2 acre garden. You will see massive bromeliads, mature oaks, birds, ferns, chairs, hot tub, fire pit, fishing pond, extensive flower garden & fruit trees for nature lovers on our property. We are close to shopping (10 mins) USF (15 min), Busch Gardens/Adventure Island (20 min), Clearwater Beach (45 min), Raymond James Stadium (30 min), TPA (35 min), downtown Tampa (30 min), Ybor (30 min), Disney (1.5 hr). Pools, Hot tub ,Rec Room, Wifi, fishing pier & ramp,hiking, Across street to Salt Springs, 15 min to Silver Glen, 20 minutes silver springs,20 min to Juniper Springs. There is a one time $35 check-in fee for 1 vehicle. $15 for additional vehicles. Golf carts no longer available after April 30th, 2026.

The Mini Melby

Located in a quiet neighborhood on the Space Coast and less than 7 miles to the Indian River and the area's most popular beaches. It may be tiny, but it still boasts amenities that you normally get with a full size rental. These include a full size kitchen and bathroom along with two lofts for a restful night sleep. While it does share the same property with the host, its location provides full privacy and use of the pool and patio.
