This brand new five-bedroom, three-bathroom, two-kitchen, and two-living room split-level attic apartment (two Prague apartments A&B connected) has been designed to accommodate up to 14 people. The building is located just about 50 steps from Old Town Square on Kozna Street. It features two sizable living rooms with sofa beds, five bedrooms (all with double beds), two fully equipped open plan kitchens with dining areas, three bathrooms fitted with showers, toilets and bidets, custom made wardrobes and walk-in closets, parquet and stone floors, design furniture, and top quality finishings. Your nicely minimal guestroom is provided with a 160x200cm comfortable double bed for one guest or maximal two guests (click on “two persons” when booking.) The room has a lightful atmosphere and the charm of an old building. You can use our fast WI-FI internet for free. We live and work part time at home and prefer a quiet and respectful living together, therefore parties are not allowed. We have 2 sweet cats and a child (*Jan.2022). Kitchen is NOT shared! Die Bushaltestelle "Dreifaltigkeitskirche"(Buslinien 1OO;2OO;121) ist 1 Gehminute entfernt. Restaurants/Cafés um die Ecke. Du benutzt ein eigenes separates Duschbad. Das Zimmer liegt zum lauschigen und grünen Innenhof. Bei schönem Wetter lädt unser Südbalkon zum Verweilen ein. Unsere Unterkunft ist ideal für Allein- und Geschäftsreisende.

Schön & ruhig wohnen im Gutshaus bei Frankfurt (O)

Unser denkmalgeschütztes Gutshaus (erbaut 1689) konnten wir renovieren und erhalten, indem wir ein einem Flügel ein kleines Bed & Breakfast betreiben. Die andere Hälfte bewohnen wir privat. Familiär, gastfreundlich und ländlich: so empfangen wir unsere Gäste, und freuen uns über Besuch in unserer wunderschönen Region Seenland Oder-Spree! Der Basis-Preis versteht sich pro Person im DZ (wir verfügen über insgesamt 6 Zimmer) - und auf Wunsch bereiten wir ein üppiges Frühstück (15 €/P.).

Enjoy a cosy room and, as some guests described it, a luxury bathroom that will be available to you exclusively during your stay. All rooms are freshly renovated in Nov. 2021. We can serve a nice vegetarian breakfast (6,5 € per person extra and paid at the end of your stay). Please check with us for availability during your stay. The gym room is also at your disposal. We have a little cat, just for you to be aware in case you have problems with allergic reactions.
