The Retreat at Groenfontein is a Victorian farm house with sweeping gardens, 4 comfortable standard rooms in the main house (quoted rate) and 4 garden rooms with magnificent views of the mountains - an additional charge. DINNER AND B/FAST INCLUDED IN THE RATE. Meals have a health emphasis and vegetarians are welcome. We have a pool, a dam and rock-pools in the river and challenging walking-trails. We are in a nature reserve on 560ha bordering the 129.000ha Swartberg World Heritage Site.
