Unser Straussennest ist eine aktive Straussenfarm ca 25 Km von Oudtshoorn entfernt. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben weil wir hier für unsere Hausgäste eine Tour zu unseren Straußen unternehmen. Strauße einmal hautnah erlebe!!! Wir bieten aus Gründen des Tierschutzes KEIN Straussenreiten an. Die Tour startet 16.00 Uhr , 90 Minuten lang und NUR in Deutsch . Erlebe einen Grillabend(Braai) und den unglaublichen Sternenhimmel, Meine Unterkunft ist geeignet für Paare und Familien (mit Kindern).

Prashanti - place of peace - is our beautifully styled home where Frida Kahlo meets India in the Klein Karoo. The house sleeps 5 or 6 people in the 2 en suite bedrooms with double beds, an Indian day bed suitable for a child & a sleeper couch in the spacious lounge area. For those larger parties, a separate adjoining accommodation for 2 can be provided in our tranquil Rose Cottage. This is a separate Delicious breakfast available at Bread Alone and Spekboom cafe. open Thursday to Sunday .

Expect ideal amenities for a traveling family of 2adults and 2children. The family unit offers 2 tastefully decorated bedrooms: one which offers a king-size bed and the other with 2 single beds. Our bedding is from a 100%cotton t-shirt material and guarantees a comfortable sleep. These 2 rooms share an en-suite. A coffee shop on the property offers breakfast and might lunches as an optional extra. In-room amenities for you to enjoy. (This is not a selfcatering unit unfortunately.)

Casa Milorca Main Suite

The Main Suite sleeps two and is one of two spacious suites in the main house. It has a king-size bed with quality white bed linen, and if you prefer the suite can also be configured with two single beds instead. This suite has luggage racks, a hairdryer, and a tea and coffee station with home-baked rusks. A standing mist fan is ideal for hot summer nights while a heating panel and cosy quilt ensure a toasty winter. We also provide swimming towels.

The Retreat at Groenfontein is a Victorian farm house with sweeping gardens, 4 comfortable standard rooms in the main house (quoted rate) and 4 garden rooms with magnificent views of the mountains - an additional charge. DINNER, LUNCH AND B/FAST AVAILABLE AT ADDITIONAL COST - NO SELF-CATERING Meals have a health emphasis and vegetarians are welcome. We have a pool, a dam and rock-pools in the river and challenging walking-trails.

Enjoy affordable, luxurious overnight accommodation in this tastefully decorated Victorian home. A tea and coffee tray with rusks is provided. Travellers Rest

Travellers Rest in Prince Albert is a Guesthouse/B&B. We have three double rooms and one twin room. (Airbnb prices are for two guests in one room). All of our en-suite air-conditioned rooms are set in our semi-mature garden. Each room has its own private entrance and private stoep. Complementary coffee, tea, bottled water and rusks. A full cooked English breakfast is available if required.
