The bunkhouse is a private guest suite...separate from house, with private entrance, it's own shady deck, lake view, and lots of private beach. Please note that there is one queen bed. I can add a cot for a third person. This is a NON-SMOKING property. Pets are allowed ( dogs) if meet guidelines listed in "other details". This central Texas, hidden gem is the perfect spot for an affordable family getaway or romantic weekend. Deer-watch and star-gaze from our large balconey. Relax or play on our sand beach. Build your best sandcastle! Beautifully serene in our off seasons, which is my personal favorite time to be there but we love it when it's busy too! Roast s'mores in the firepit, play volleyball, fish off the dock, really great cove for kayaking! Or just use as a launch pad for Hill Country exursions.

The Cozy Lake Cabin is located on the peaceful interior of a peninsula with lake access only a short 100 yard walk from your cabin. Complete with Boat launch . You may beach your boat . Great swimming and fishing off the bank. Enjoy large fire pit by the water . Sleeps 2-4 and is fully contained . You can sit and enjoy the porch swing or light your fire pit. The swimming pool never closes. We rent another cabin and RV so it is possibly shared .
