This is a newly renovated garage turned into a modern and beautiful studio. This space is completely private from the main house, with a private entrance and cozy patio. It can sleep 4 people, although the space would be a little tight for 4 adults. There is a king sized bed, and a sleeper sofa which can be used together as a full sized, or option to separate into 2 twins. The Garden Suite is centrally located in the BCS metroplex close to Texas A&M Campus and near lots of restaurants / bars / grocery stores / highway 6. The suite is part of the detached garage that has a private entrance through the backyard. Guests are asked to park on the street. Austin Guest Flat - 1000sq ft Home Away From Home

Our guest space was built for my mom but we ended up living in it for 2 years and it was great. It is approx 1000 sq ft, tall vaulted ceiling in the living space and lots of light. It's pretty quiet up there. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood near the center of Austin's population ( Hwy 183 & Hwy 620). This makes our location super easy for access to major roadways.
