It is an accommodation with three rooms: bedroom, kitchen-living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Entrance totally independent from the main house. It also has a private garden with comfortable seating to the outdoors. The apartment is very bright. It is located in a very quiet area of Costa Teguise. There is always parking available. You can walk to different beaches in 15 minutes and to the center where you will find restaurants, supermarkets, ... It is a beautiful area of trails.

The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.

The poolside apartment is part of our Finca Tamaragua Guesthouse with private bathroom and kitchen. Located in El Islote a rural village. Central Location on the island and next to Lanzarote’s famous areas, the vineyards "la Geria" and the "Timanfaya" Nationalpark. There are beautiful hiking or cycling routes starting from the guesthouse. In 13min walking distance you reach our local restaurant “Teleclub”. Nearest supermarket is in Mozaga (5min drive).

200 Jahre alte Finca mit großem botanischen Garten, am Südrand der Stadt Teguise. Die Casa Panama, Teil der Finca Mimosa, ist eine auf der Insel seltene grüne Oase der Ruhe. Die über 200 Jahre alte Finca wurde im traditionellen Landhausstil hufeisenförmig um einen 135 m2 großen Patio herum gebaut. Sie ist umgeben von einem 2000 m2 großen, exotischen Garten mit vielen inseltypischen Pflanzen und Bäumen, darunter 28 Palmen, viele davon haushoch.

We set up our cozy apartment “Villa Aqua” with one thing in mind, to create a space we’d love to stay in; with a comfortable sofa, spacious bed, rainfall shower, fully stocked kitchen, relaxing decor and a private covered terrace along with all the basics you need (Salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar, body wash, shampoo…) and the not-so-basics such as beach chairs, mats, towels and umbrella. Sogar vom Bad aus kann man in einen separaten Garten treten und durch die Oberlichter leuchten nachts die Sterne.
