It is spacious, quiet and private with sounds of the rhythmic surf in every room. We are located a short drive or bike ride to all the great shopping and dining Malibu has to offer. In addition to the beach, there are lots of hiking/biking trails and wine tasting nearby.

Easy access to Pacific Coast Hwy and the 55 Fwy, yet you are only 2 blocks from the ocean and a 7-10 min walk to 32nd St. Beach. Lido Marina Village, a beautiful waterfront shopping/dining area is a 5 minute walk away. Newport Pier, where you’ll find great surfing, beaches, shops & restaurants is a 15 minute walk away. It is a quiet, residential neighborhood, so party people should look elsewhere.

Relax on the private roof deck of your super-clean roomy beach house, just a block from the beach. A grocery store, bars, restaurants and shopping are all an easy stroll or bike ride from your cozy beach house. With two good-sized king bedrooms and two bathrooms, this beach house is ideal for two couples or a small family. We can accommodate up to 5 guests (including infants) with the use of an air bed or pack n play. A signed rental agreement is required to confirm reservations. NO PARTIES!
