Cute cottage with private dock and amazing sunset views of beautiful Black Lake. Enjoy the relaxation of lake living using the included kayaks/paddle boards or take a day trip to the nearby 1000 Islands, Canada, or the Adirondacks. Kids and dogs are welcome in our family friendly home where you'll enjoy the screened in porch, cooking on the new grill, smores at the fire pit, kayaking, fishing, WiFi, and playing cornhole and board games. You can also dock your own boat on the private dock.

Relax and unwind in this cozy lake house, with a hot tub and outdoor fire pit. Watch the sunset from the new dock while drinking a glass of wine from the neighbouring winery. Nature lovers paradise with a public beach and hiking trails right outside the door. Take in the lake views or your favourite shows on the 50” TV with Netflix. Fury friends welcomed.
