Radiant New Modern House with a Skyline-View Roof Deck

As it's an absolutely NEW house with all NEW furniture, please text or message us anything you feel is missing or can be added to improve your experience. The living area has a smart 55" TV with Cable & APPLE TV for projecting from your smart devices. There are separate Nest thermostat for your comfort. The kitchen is of all stainless appliances with a Gas stove for all your cooking needs. There's a powder room for your comfort and a big wrap around deck as extension of the living area. There are three separate bedrooms on the third floor. The master suite has a walk in closet and private bathroom. The shower is a large custom walk-in shower, double vanity, and a separate toilet room. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom that also has a double vanity and tub shower. The closets have chairs you can unfold for your suite cases. The Tankless Hot Water heater provides an unlimited supply of hot water, but it does take a second to warm up. There is a separate Nest to control comfort. There is laundry on the entry level and the roof deck has great ambient light for your evening and night lounging. The entry, garage, living deck lights are all set on automatic timers so you never have to worry about arriving to a dark house. Please make us aware of any issues during your stay. We want to make every effort to make your stay amazing. Additional FEES: 1. There is NO smoking and NO parties allowed at residence. Any evidence of either will result in an additional base charge of $650, plus any additional damage found. 2. Lost garage remote - $75 (Please kindly return to designated spot upon check-out.) 3. Late Checkout after 10am - $25 per hour for first 4 hours, $100 per hour after 2pm. (You are welcome to request early or late checkout ahead of time without charge, and we can check with our guest schedule to accommodate accordingly.) 4. Unauthorized entry and use of Owner closet by fridge - $250 5. Damages beyond those listed here - charged on need bases with base handling fee of $50. The house is all yours. The driveway is shared with 3 other neighbors. Please do not park in the driveway. Park in Garage or on the Street. Home is all yours and best way to reach us is via Text. We host a number of Airbnb's and usually around for any immediate assistance. This is a private residence in a quite neighborhood. NO parties. Set on a quiet street in the historic neighborhood of Mechanicsville, the house is only a 5-minute drive from Atlanta's Downtown nightlife venues, restaurants, sports venues, breweries, museums, and parks. Car is recommended but not needed. If you have cars, there is a 2 car garage on the property and plenty of street parking for extra cars. Tight driveway, be-careful! Also Ride sharing services such as Uber, Lift and others are readily available 24/7. ALARM is likely on. Please set alarm when leaving and make sure to turn off all lights. DRIVEWAY is very tight. We recommend you only park smaller cars in the garage. Larger cars can easily be parked on the street. TEMPERATURE control is via nests, adjust as needed. "Location Location" 1Bed Condo in Downtown Atlanta

Begin the day with coffee and fresh air on a screened porch with city views from high up. The interior is designed for comfort, with a wicker rocking chair and piles of cushions. Parquet floors lead from an open-plan living area to a quiet bedroom. Located in the historic Peachtree Towers. The building is known for its insulation so you almost never hear you neighbors. Everything is updated and clean from floor to ceiling. Fully equipped kitchen. Top of the line queen mattress and bedding included for your comfort. You will love the versatility of this space. Living space is perfect for business meetings or you can convert the high end sofa bed to accommodate 4 guests comfortably. Sparkling bathroom. 50 inch TV with Roku and wireless internet. You cannot get more downtown than this location. 5 minute walk to the Peachtree center MARTA train station which is a 15 minute ride directly to the airport. Less than a 10 minute walk to - America's Mart - Phillips Arena - World Conference Center - Mercedes-Benz Stadium - Centennial Park - Coca-Cola Museum - Georgia Aquarium - less than 1 block to restaurants and convenience stores. I meticulously renovated and decorated this place. I tried to think of every thing possible for comfort. Little details, like an outlet on the night stand, have not been missed.. You have access to the entire condo. The space is entirely yours so make yourself at home. Laundry is on the bottom floor of the building. Check in is extremely easy. There is a 24 hours concierge available to check you in and direct you to the room. Keyless entry to the unit. Key fabs available in order to freely enter and exit the building after check in. I am always contactable for anything you need, please use the airbnb app for messages to guarantee delivery. The condo is in the downtown Hotel District, walking distance to Falcons and Hawks games. The World of Coca-Cola, Centennial Park, Georgia Aquarium, Georgia State University, and CNN are also in the neighborhood. 2 MARTA stations are close by. Surface parking lot right next to the building and a parking deck a block away. Note: Parking fees are not included with the rental and are paid separately. Uber is always less than 5 minutes away and very reasonable on price. Other Notes: I have shampoo, conditioner and body wash available. I welcome all! Come and stay at "The B Unit".

Garden yard with several outdoor living spaces. Situated high up in Midtown's best corner location offers loads of privacy, yet all the action you wish to see. Guests have complete and private access of upstairs residential unit and private upstairs terrace balcony. Guests have shared access to all outdoor living spaces including the Front Porch, Back Yard Patio, and the Backyard Terrace Patio with Fireplace. Please use the handrail leading to the house due to uneven/level steps and accompany children Guest will have own private space. Hosts lives in lower unit and will be available as needed to help facilitate stay. With 25 different arts and cultural venues, more than 30 permanent performing arts groups, and 22 various entertainment facilities, Midtown features the largest concentration of arts facilities and organizations in the Southeast. All options available here. Close proximity to many attractions and Piedmont Park, makes walking a viable option. Street parking available with residential parking pass. Marta Midtown Transit station is a 12-15 minute walk. Uber is a common travel method. But our favorite mode is a bicycle ride to Piedmont Park or the Atlanta Beltline Trail. MLB on Roku and NFL Ticket on Direct TV included!

National Historic Registry Home on UTC Campus Near Downtown

Watch the sun set over Lookout Mountain from a rocker on the 2nd-floor balcony. Winner of the Fort Wood National Historic Renovation Award, this home was built in 1891 by Major Joseph Warner, once a Civil War prisoner of War, as the carriage house for his nearby mansion. On the UTC Campus a short walk to exciting Downtown restaurants and entertainment. A very quiet, safe neighborhood away from customary Downtown or MLK traffic noise patrolled by both Chattanooga and UTC police. Dog friendly rental and neighborhood. Enjoy quiet evenings in this friendly neighborhood vs. noisier parts of downtown near busy streets & boisterous bars. This 3-bedroom home with an upstairs sleeper sofa can sleep eight and contains sitting areas upstairs and down, both equipped with Cable TV and Wifi and a laundry room should you need it. The home was built in 1891 and has been totally renovated & updated with modernness. It was built by Major Joseph Warner, a Civil War Prisoner of War, as the Carriage House for his mansion just over the north fence. The owners have restored three Ft. Wood homes so far & each one has been crafted to assure a home environment. This is your private home to enjoy as you & your guests decide. Cross the road to reach the University of Tennessee Chattanooga Fine Arts School. Take a tour of local historic homes, and walk to numerous downtown dining and entertainment spots. Chattanooga's famed outdoor venues are only a short hop away. A city-owned bicycle rental station is just across the street. This quiet, safe neighborhood away from Downtown and MLK traffic noise is patrolled by both Chattanooga and UTC police. A very dog friendly neighborhood. Uber is everywhere - this is a college campus. Or driving to Downtown is less than 5 minutes. Great restaurants, great attractions like the Hunter Museum, aquarium, riverboat dinner, or just strolling through a neighborhood of the oldest mansions of Chattanooga.

New Riverfront Condo With Balcony in the City's Heart

Slumber soundly in a bedroom with Egyptian cotton sheets and room-darkening curtains. Start the day with a workout in the gym and a cooling dip in the pool, then head back for Keurig coffee and breakfast in the kitchen while viewing the 55" Roku TV. This condo is well equipped with everything you need to stay for a night or a 6 month stay! You have a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessities, a comfortable bed, plush bedding and towels, and a stocked bathroom with all the toiletries. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Q Tips, Cotton Balls, Hairdryer, etc is all provided. A large HE washer & dryer are provided as well as a starter pack of laundry detergent, etc. A large Smart Flat Screen TV in the livingroom. This unit is on the 2nd floor and it has a balcony from the living room that overlooks Riverfront Parkway & Parkway Pourhouse. The guests will have full access to the entire condo including the furnished washer & dryer. They will also have access to the gym , pool and clubroom in the community. We are available via phone or text or even email during your stay! If you prefer we meet you when you check in, we will happily accommodate but for the most part, we leave you be to enjoy your stay privately! Take an easy 10-minute walk to the TN Aquarium, IMAX Theater and Children's Museum. Lots of restaurants are nearby as well, with Parkway Pourhouse and Scottie's on the River directly across the street. Catch classic events at nearby Ross's Landing. This condo has 1 dedicated parking space in the lot and then free parking on the street. This area is a short walk to the heart of downtown, easy access on and off the freeway, and plenty of Uber & Lyft drivers just minutes away. Potential for noise - This is a condo located downtown. Although it is minimal, there is potential for noise from cars on the street below as well as the unit above you.

Free off-street parking. Walking distance to parks, restaurants and nightlife. Heart of Morningside/Virginia Highland. Near Piedmont Park. Large bedroom w/bath on main with additional full bath on main. 2 bedrooms with bathroom between upstairs. No parties, no smoking/vaping anywhere. $500 fee if we find evidence of smoking - including, but not limited to smell. No firearms. Please observe city noise ordinance. (11 pm - 8:00 am). We provide plastic ware for the pool - please no glass of any kind outside. We charge a $500 fee for any evidence of glass out back. Our goal is for you to have a great trip. Outdoor security cameras on site. We prefer rental age 25 and over. Centrally located between Downtown, Midtown, Buckhead, Phipp's Plaza and Lenox Mall. Morningside/Inman/Grady Schools. All utilities are included. In ground pool with one of the few diving boards in the neighborhood. Very open and light. This is a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood; not appropriate for parties or loud comings and goings between 10 pm and 8 am. The entire home. The master bedroom and master bath are on the main floor. There is a full bathroom also on the main level. The two bedrooms upstairs have a full bathroom between them. Whenever they need something - we reply within the hour and we are happy to meet them in person. Morningside/Virginia Highland is an oasis within the city. The house is in the city, a short walk to local shops and restaurants; parks and outdoor activities are on the doorstep. Sporting events and concerts are also a short ride away. Uber, Lyft, MARTA Our favorite neighborhood and one of the best/most convenient in Atlanta.

Gorgeous Bungalow on the Beltline

This stunning bungalow was featured in the 2014 Old Fourth Ward Tour of Homes. It features 12 ft ceilings, comfortable, colorful furniture, soothing jetted baths in 2.5 bathrooms, and a charming backyard with a grill for relaxing afternoons and starlit evenings. I renovated this 1882 bungalow in 2014, and it was featured on the Old Fourth Ward Tour of Homes. The home has a spacious, open-concept, contemporary feel, with a warmth of eclectic furnishings. The space features a 10 ft' kitchen island, stainless steel appliances, decorative fireplace, 3 bedrooms (with high-end queen-sized beds) and 2.5 baths, with two jetted tubs. You can also enjoy the charming backyard from the backporch, with ample lounge and dining seating. Guests have access to the entire home and backyard. Old Fourth Ward is an exciting neighborhood home to locals and A-list celebrities. It boasts trendy restaurants and bars, the historic Fourth Ward Park, as well as Martin Luther King's birth home and museum all nearby. There are three Marta stations within 2 miles of the house; one is 1.2 miles. UBER is extremely convenient and always available within a few minutes, so I don't ever bother with taxis. Uber is also about half the price to the airport as taxis. There is also a bike rental shop 1 block away on the Beltline, where you can walk or bike to Piedmont Park, Midtown and Inman Park. Definitely check out the "Beltline"; it's a hugely popular paved biking and walking trail just 1 block from the house that takes you through great neighborhoods and ends at Atlanta's largest park (Piedmont Park). Locals go there to see and be seen, bar hop, and exercise.

Midtown Historic Designer Apartment, Aiden

Look across the leafy courtyard from the sun room of a landmark building in Atlanta. Built in 1907 by the famed Southern architect G.L. Norman, this restored apartment boasts eclectic accents such as stained-glass windows and original hardwood floors. This unit is on the first floor level, with an expansive sunroom overlooking the courtyard on historic Ponce De Leon Avenue. Please note that this is an urban setting. The building has been restored with new windows, doors and drywall, even so you will hear faint noises of the city. You will have access to your private unit on the first floor and gated parking for one car. Christina is always available by message should you need her. The apartment is in The Woodruff on Ponce that’s located near all things Atlanta. It’s a few blocks from Ponce City Market, the beltline, and Piedmont Park. Many well-known Atlanta eateries including Mary Mac's Tea Room, Bon Ton and Pappi's are close by. The Woodruff is on the bus line, close to two Marta Stations (Peachtree Center and Midtown Arts)and uber is always within 2 minutes. The city also has Bird and Lime scooters as well as motorized and non motorized bikes. If you are traveling with a car you will have one off street, gated assigned parking space. We can provide only one parking space per reservation. The building has a total of six units. Urban noises may be heard at times. Pets are considered, please ask before booking. You will be given a key fob to enter building and a electronic gate opener if you have a car. If either are lost there will be a $200 replacement fee.
