The Guest House

The Guest House is a primitive cottage and resides on 400 acres outside of Barnesville, Georgia. Bunn Ranch is a working cattle and sheep farm. This space is a two story primitive cottage with primitive artwork and a claw foot tub. Sit in your choice of antique rockers that have been collected over the years. The floors and stairs were salvaged from an old home that was here on the farm. Surrounded by rolling hills and close to town, come enjoy some time for YOU! We will consider STR students.

1811 Cottage at Sunflower Farm

The 1811 Cottage is as unique as the 120 acre farm it sits on with it's wide heart pine plank walls, ceilings, floors, and the duel fireplaces. This historic settler's home features a living room, master bedroom on the main floor, and a huge sleeping loft, making it comfortable and cozy for one to six guests. Modern additions include a large bathroom with claw foot tub and shower and a nicely equipped, yet tiny kitchenette. The front porch is a great spot for that early morning cup of coffee!

Prime Midtown Location - 4 Blocks from Piedmont Pk

This 500 sq. ft. guest house with private entrance is located in historic Midtown. Home is just blocks from Piedmont Park, Peachtree Street, the Fox, and Ponce City Market. Walk, bike, Bird or Uber to dozens of bars and restaurants or straight on to the Beltline. Just 7 minutes from downtown and an easy 20 min Uber or MARTA ride from the airport, house is fully equipped with everything you need for a long or short stay in Atlanta. 10 minutes from downtown Covington and 35 minutes from the east side of Atlanta. Enjoy a peaceful, unique experience in a quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty of outdoor space and resident chickens. This 1 bed/1 bath features a kitchenette and shower/tub combo. Wifi and Roku included. The suite is attached to the main home by a patio roof but does not share an entrance or heating/AC with the main home (about 25 ft between them). Pets welcome, no cleaning fees or pet fees!
