The Byre at Cold Christmas

The Bakehouse, Coggeshall

Welcome to The Bakehouse. A light-filled, cottage tucked away in our garden, right in the heart of historic Coggeshall. Once a working bakehouse, this one-bedroom retreat blends the character of the old with the ease of the new. Whether you're here for a quiet solo stay, a romantic weekend, or travelling to visit family, there's space to slow down & settle in. Step outside & you’re moments from historic sites, leafy green spaces & charming shops, each with stories woven through the centuries.

Brad’s Central & Big 1st Floor Chelmsford Flat

Spacious one bedroom flat located in Chelmsford city centre and close to local shops, restaurants amenities. Chelmsford train station is only 10 minutes walking distance. The flat has a large double bedroom, integrated kitchen, three piece bathroom and spacious living area which has a balcony looking onto the River Chelmer. The living area has a small dining area, comfortable sofa and a TV with an Amazon firestick. The flat has a free allocated parking space in a fully secure gated facility.

St George’s Cosy Cabin with Jacuzzi Hot Tub

The cabin is situated behind our house down a privately owned lane surrounded by woods and farmland. It consists of 1 double bedroom but can easily sleep 2 adults and 2 small children. Cot and highchair available. 2 single airbeds with additional bedding and pillows. It boasts a large patio with quality furniture solely for guests' use. The jacuzzi is an added luxury and £15 is requested during your stay if used. There's a large fully stocked pond Guests are welcome to feed the fish.

The Round House

Come & spend some time in a unique & tranquil, 18th Century cottage. Situated on the edge of beautiful Finchingfield & surrounded by fields, The Round House is the perfect getaway for cozying up or getting out & about in the gorgeous countryside. With beams galore, a central stacked fireplace with log burner, a compact galley kitchen & dining area. Upstairs is a double bedroom & stunning bathroom. Outside the house is surrounded by garden with amazing views over stunning countryside.

Wood cutter cottage

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish newly refurbished annex cottage. Take time out, a bit of countryside , car ride to the city of Chelmsford and 7 mins in the car to historic Maldon, Cold norton is quite central for getting about, set in 1.5 acres, ideal for walkers leaving via the back gate onto footpaths across the fields towards Fambridge and Burnham on crouch , local village pub accepts dogs within walking distance. big tv netflix, complimentary drink at your own bar .

The Pump House is a modern, fully fitted building that is surrounded by open countryside. Enjoy this romantic hideaway with someone special. Check-in is from 4pm. Check-out is by 10.00am. Early check in available for supplement as is check out. The Secret Hideaway is a self contained living space. Make use of the cooker to prepare a meal or relax watching your latest TV series. The bathroom is fully equipped with a power shower and is stylishly decorated with light grey tiles and white brickettes. Enjoy the comfort of a double bedroom equipped with bedside stylish cabinets and a clothes rail. Close to the A127.
