Walking distance to all of VCU, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, historic sights, grocery stores and so much more. Just a 5 minute drive to the James River, MCV, convention center, Museums, Church Hill, City Hall and more.

This quaint, welcoming townhome is in the heart of everything the beautiful city of Richmond has to offer. It’s within walking distance of the many shops and restaurants in Carytown, a 10 minute drive from downtown, and 5 minutes from I95. The sunny guest bedroom is nicely decorated with plenty of cozy pillows on the queen bed. Although the bathroom is down the hall, it is for the sole use of the guest(s). I have a tiny, friendly dog. All guests must be able to show proof of vaccination

The neighborhood is very walkable and the apartment is furnished with mid century modern furnishings that provide style and comfort. It is stocked with every imaginable amenity

Honey Spot Cottage

Our peaceful environmentally friendly home w/ large backyard, front porch, and gardens is close to downtown Richmond, Pocahontas State Park, shopping, breweries, and historic sites. This is a comfortable space consisting of a cozy bedroom with one vintage double bed. We have easy, safe driveway parking. We have friendly Aussie Doodle named Remington. Unfortunately due to a few bad experiences we do not allow dogs or cats. No refund for cancellations within five days of reservation.

We are looking for people who will enjoy the Historic Fan District of Richmond. The stand alone apartment includes a bedroom, bathroom, and renovated kitchen which has microwave, refrigerator, toaster ,and Keurig coffee machine. For our overnight guests we will provide the ingredients for a delicious breakfast: baked goods butter jams etc., 6 breakfast cereals, , fresh fruit , tea and for Keurig 10 varieties of coffee plus hot chocolate and hot apple cider.
