There's a 16 X 16 wooden platform carpeted partially in green artificial o grass where you can mount your tent, place your sleeping bags, etc. Has a huge waterproof tarp over it for shelter from rain and sun. Bathroom has shower, compost toilet and sink. Fully equiped outdoor grill, charcoal and propane, silverware, plates, pots and pans and more!! Surrouded by trees, privacy and quiet you will see alpacas and goats around.
