Downstairs has half bathroom at entrance, then as you head down the hallway the floor plan is open leading into the kitchen/dinning room/ living room. There is a screened in porch as well steps away from the water. The condo is located a few miles from downtown Inverness. Downtown has a few shops and restaurants to enjoy. The famous withlacoochee state trail is located mins from the condo. If you are into biking /fitness / skating / kayaking/paddle boarding this is the condo for you. Crystal river and Homassassa springs is just a 20 minute drive west to see the manatees and the springs that are 72 degrees year round. Orlando and Tampa are 1 hr away. You have access to theme parks/malls/golf course. The Villages are 25 mins away with daily activities, restaurants, and live entertainment every night. Ocala is 40 mins north with plenty of biking trails and horse farms.
