The Little House in the Heart of Concordia

Our Little House started its life as a 2-car garage, on the alley behind our home, that we transformed into our vision of a cozy and peaceful retreat. This light filled studio is professionally designed, features art from local artists and designers, and is equipped with heating & AC, making it a very comfortable spot to relax and enjoy Portland. You'll have a fully detached private guest house with a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor space and be two blocks away from the vibrant Alberta district.

This space is designed with our loved ones in mind, so whoever comes and stays has the best experience possible. Modern flooring, paint, bathroom fixtures & a fully equipped kitchenette.

Come stay in our sweet, new guesthouse! This is NOT a basement space. It has a real bedroom (not a studio) & full kitchen. The Silver Star cottage is in our backyard but very separate with its own city lane access. Lots of beautiful wood and a cozy vibe. We are 1 block from the fabulous Alberta Arts St. but far enough away that it's quiet here. Perfect! Walk to shops & restaurants. Also easy to access anywhere in the city. There's a double-sized hide a bed couch in the airy living space.

Come stay in our Architectural micro home in NE Portland. Close to Mississippi and everything that NE Williams has to offer. Thoughtfully deigned with many amenities. A great WFH vacation retreat. This little house is located in the back of a main house. The backyard is shared with the main front house. There is only street parking but it is free and typically available. We are close to public transportation and rental bikes as well as an organic grocery store... very walkable.

We have made this small space feel fun and cozy with bright colors, modern amenities, custom design elements, brand new construction and vintage furnishings. Bamboo floors and big windows give the single room a spaciousness that you would not expect in 220 square feet! We've decorated with plants and art to create a totally unique and comfortable experience.

Built in 2019, the Annex guesthouse is walking distance to the Alberta Art District, University of Oregon (U ofO), Kennedy School, restaurants & specialty bars. Public transportation is near by. 15 minutes from Airport. The Annex is filled with natural light flowing through cathedral windows. Full Kitchen with cooking supplies, utensils, coffee and tea options, Private patio in the garden.
