Spacious bedroom with En suite bathroom. Kitchenette has sink, small fridge, microwave and air fryer. 5 minute walk to the white sandy beach. Beach chairs, towels and floats provided. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets. Everything is in walking distance. Many restaurants, Tiki bars with live entertainment, shops and grocery store.

The studio has a bright and airy atmosphere, clean and cozy, it is the perfect place to rest and relax. Located in the heart of downtown Dunedin in walking distance to the Pinellas Trail and Main St. Simply park your car and enjoy town on foot or rent a bike and cruise around. We are close to Honeymoon Island and Clearwater Beach. Beach towels, chairs, cooler, and umbrella are provided. There is also a park across the street with a nice path to stroll along the water or take in the sunset.

Enjoy the peaceful patio, a dip in the heated pool, soak in the hot tub, or cool off in the AC of our recently updated suite. Also Clearwater Country Club is in walking distance should you want to play some golf while here in sunny FL!

Our Cozy Casita is located adjacent to the main house in a quiet residential neighborhood with a separate entry and fenced in parking space for our Guests. Enjoy our tropical garden and beautiful pool area. The pool is not heated. Small kitchen with Whirlpool electric stove, microwave and mini-fridge. 40” Samsung Smart HDTV and WIFI. Located within minutes of great restaurants, craft breweries, and local museums. Lots of great outdoor activities along St. Pete’s beautiful waterfront.
