Welcome the outdoors in with the 6ft kitchen hinge bar window to the upper deck or enjoy the 6-seat hot tub on lower deck. Deep water dock tie off space is available. Guests enjoy the use of 2 standup paddle boards, and lakeside fire pit (guest provide firewood). Great cove sunsets! 15 minutes to Clemson and 1 min Lighthouse Restaurant. Downtown Clemson and lots of great restaurants are walking distance along with free bus service around town. If staying in is preferred, you have a fully equipped kitchen and dinning table, comfortable living room with WiFi and a smart tv with preloaded streaming services.

Lake Hartwell house w/ dock 2 miles from Clemson.

This is a simple, comfortable, recently renovated home for Clemson fans and lake vacationers. Decor is vintage/antique. It is 3 1/2 miles to stadium entrance. We have a deep water cove with fire ring, decks, dock, and stairs to gangway, parking for 6 cars, woods and lake on 3 sides, a variety of restaurants nearby. Clemson Marina is next cove over. Clemson golf course across the lake. We are PET FRIENDLY with a max of 2 dogs. There is a $75 pet fee. Read the house rules concerning pets.

The Cottage

Come relax and refresh in peaceful surroundings. Relax and unwind on the front porch. Experience tranquility as the sun sets and the frogs start croaking. You are welcome to cast a line in the pond to try your skill at fishing. Fishing poles are not provided. The cottage is private but still has convenience of Walmart and Oconee Memorial Hospital within a 5 minute drive. We are 13 miles from Clemson. Minimum age to book is 25 years of age.

BRAND NEW 490 sq ft tiny house/cottage nestled in the woods in a country setting. Complete with a queen bedroom, a twin/day bed and then a queen bed in loft ( comfortably sleeps 4 adults and one child). We are conveniently located 10 miles from I-85 exit 1 on S Hwy 11. 20 minutes from Clemson, 8 minutes from Seneca, and just a short drive to many hiking trails, lakes and parks in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains.
