Adorable, newly remodeled, beautiful vacation home, 0.20 mile walk to the beach. Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, attractions and car rentals all within walking distance. Beautiful inside and out, new furniture and Smart TV's in each room. The home is 2 miles from Port Canaveral, location makes day trips to Disney world, Universal Studios, Premier Sports Complex or Kennedy Space Center easy. Waterfront Beach House right on the sandy beach!

This is a beautiful ocean side beach house that is right on the beach. You literally open the door & walk to the beach that is steps away. The home is a duplex with two sides. One side is a long term rental and the other is available here for short term rentals. The sides are completely independent with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms each, a full kitchen with microwave, oven, and fridge. There are panoramic views of the ocean from the living areas and 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Electronic keypad locks.

Breezy Oceanfront House! Thinking about a condo? Reconsider. They pale in comparison to a house experience. Just 8.5 steps from the slider to the sand. Other beachfront homes are unfortunately on busy A1A, this location is superior. Not touristy Melbourne/Cocoa/Canaveral. It's low-key here. You've worked hard, don't settle this time. It's full-blown Jimmy Buffett living - private, quiet, easy. Access to great food, a friendly smaller town, surfing, abundant wildlife, and rocket launches.

This STUNNING 3 bedroom, 5 beds, 2 full bathrooms house is steps from Cocoa Beach. This is a dream vacation with a lot of space and all of the comforts of home. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, air hockey table, toys and much more! Restaurants and unique shops are 1.6 miles away. Shop, eat, surf and then relax in our home!
